The RotY (Remodeler of the Year) Awards program includes three levels of recognition: 

Local RotY Awards:
Presented by Austin NARI, these awards celebrate outstanding remodeling work by local chapter members. Entries for the Austin competition open in August, and winners will be announced at the chapter’s Annual Gala on November 4th. ADD OUR DATES  

Please note: The Local RotY Awards are not connected to the Regional or National competitions. You may choose to enter only the Local competition or only the Regional/National competition. If you wish to enter the same project into both, each entry must be submitted separately with its own entry fee. Winning at the Local level is not a requirement to compete in the Regional/National competitions. 

Regional RotY Awards:
Managed by NARI’s national office, this competition is open to members across the country. Projects can be submitted in over 45 categories, and entries are grouped by seven geographic regions. Regional winners are typically announced in February. Entries open in October. 

National RotY Awards:
The highest honor in the remodeling industry, the National RotY Awards recognize the top projects from across the country. One national winner is selected from the Regional winners in each category. These prestigious awards are presented during the NARI Annual Conference in the spring.
