In 2018 Austin-NARI came up with a plan to build a security wall with an electronic security entrance for the safety of the children who attend High Hopes Sports & After School.
Then we designed a nice lobby area in the front with new cabinets. Fresh paint on the walls and new LED lights brighten the space. Leaky windows and CMU walls were sealed to keep the rain out as well as many other “honey-do” items were taken off their list, like adding shelves in closet for better storage organization
After all the generous contributions of the Austin NARI Team we ended up installing new porcelain countertops with brand new cabinets for the kitchen! This small $20,000 projected ended with “little smiling faces” and parents that feel at ease when leaving their children…along with happy staff members working in a great new kitchen!
